Hot rolls fresh from the oven ... What's better?
With DEH deep-frozen dough, you can offer your customers oven-fresh, aromatic quality bakery products at any time, as and when they need them. Whether Kaiser rolls, sliced bread rolls or baguette: All DEH dough pieces are flash frozen immediately after the dough preparation and thus receive their incomparable aroma over a long time. After the fermentation time, the dough blanks rise in the oven. The frozen, raw dough pieces can be individually refined before baking with seeds or grains.
